General Terms and Conditions

1. Lisa Eskander has a minimum telephone bet of $20 AUD.
2. All wagers made by the telephone are recorded in accordance with government regulations and may be consulted in the event of a disputed wager. This provides protection to both Lisa Eskander and its clients.
3. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the correct Client ID is provided when making a wager via the telephone. The telephone operator will read back the details of the wager to the client. The wager is deemed accepted (as specified by the telephone operator) if the client agrees to the details or does not indicate disagreement.
4. Lisa Eskander will pay a maximum amount of $50,000 for any one thoroughbred racing wager accepted via the telephone (unless prior written confirmation is provided by Lisa Eskander).
5. Cash clients can make a maximum of one (1) withdrawal per day; however this may be restricted at Lisa Eskander's discretion. Credit clients may request a maximum of one withdrawal per week.
6. Withdrawals may take 1-3 business days to be processed.
7. In the event Lisa Eskander experiences technical difficulties whereby internet wager requests are unable to be actioned ALL pending bets will be made void.
8. In the event Lisa Eskander experiences technical difficulties whereby a Race does not close after the jump and betting remains open, ALL bets placed after the jump will be made void.

New Online Accounts Bonus

Promotional Period
The promotional period commences at 9.00am on Friday 13 March 2009 and ends at 6.00pm on Monday 31 August 2009.

1. New members must be aged 18 years of age or over

Credit Accounts Conditions

1. The settlement period ("Settlement Period") for settling a Client Account Balance will be a period of seven (7) days ending at Sunday at 11:59pm immediately following the Statement Date with respect to wagers made by the client and accepted by Lisa Eskander during the preceding seven (7) days during the Statement Period.
2. The Client is required to pay in full their Client Account Balance within 7 days of the Statement Date.
3. If the Client has not settled their account within a fourteen (14) day period from their oldest Statement Date with an outstanding debt, Lisa Eskander has the ability to suspend the Client's account from further betting activity until the Account Balance is paid in full.
4. If the Client has not settled their account within a twenty one (21) day period from their oldest Statement Date with an outstanding debt, Lisa Eskander may automatically institute formal debt recovery proceedings against the Client to recover the Account Balance. Interest will be charged at the rate of 11.5% per annum on accounts not settled within the twenty-one (21) day period from their oldest statement date with an outstanding amount.
5. The Client agrees Lisa Eskander may recover any costs which Lisa Eskander incurs in collecting the amount of an outstanding Client Account Balance which the Client has failed to pay within the Settlement Period. Where a Client has not settled his/her Client Account Balance for prior Settlement Periods then those prior Settlement Periods must be settled as well.
6. Lisa Eskander will pay clients via cheque or electronic funds transfer ("EFT") upon request. A maximum of one (1) withdrawal request can be made in any 7 day period.

Refer an 'Online Friend' (during March/April 2009) Bonus

Promotional Period

AFL Betting

1. When the Draw option is offered, the wager is decided on the result at the end of normal time (i.e. Extra time - an extension of normal time - not included). For Margin Betting the Draw option is always offered. When the Draw option is not offered, the Dead Heat Rule applies.
