Banking Information

Depositing/Withdrawing funds securely into/from your betting account is easy and can be done the following ways:

DEPOSIT
Credit Card Deposit

* Credit card deposit directly into your Lisa Eskander betting account - the funds will be available to you immediately
* We use 128-bit encryption to ensure the highest protection to our clients
* A copy of the front and back of your credit card is required - you can black out the middle eight (8) digits on your card
* Lisa Eskander does not charge a fee for this service however your bank may do this - please check with your bank if you are unsure.

Bank Deposit
Log onto your bank’s internet banking website & transfer your betting funds into the Lisa Eskander bank account (details
below). This will enable you to quickly and securely begin betting on Melbourne Metropolitan and Interstate racing.
Please note it may take a few days for the funds to leave your bank account, transfer into your betting account and be
available for use.

banking transaction.

Cheque
You can send a cheque payayable to Lisa Eskander to PO Box 2190 Richmond VIC 3121.

Whichever method you decide on, to commence betting with us your betting funds must be accessible – ie cheques must be cleared funds and internet transfers must have been 'received and cleared' prior to betting (Please allow 2-3 day for tranfers).

WITHDRAWAL
Making A Withdrawal
In order to make a withdrawal, you are required, by government regulation, to send Lisa Eskander 100 points of ID. This can
be a combination of the following photographic identification:

  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence with your current address (copy front and back)
  • A valid Passport
  • Government issued Proof of Age card or Birth Certificate

If your photographic ID does not have your current address as registered with Lisa Eskander, please send a copy of the following as proof of address:

 

  • Utility bill
  • Bank statement or Credit Card statement

 

ID needs to be sent to Lisa Eskander with 90 days of opening an account or before a withdrawal can be made from your account, which occurs first.

If the ID has not been received within 90 days of your first wager or deposit being made, your account will be suspended until such time as the identification is received; this is condition is in accordance with Government Regulation.

 

There are no fees associated with your withdrawals however there is a maximum of one (1) withdrawal per week if you are a credit client and one (1) withdrawal per day if you are a cash client. Lisa Eskander is committed to processing all withdrawal requests within 24 hours, however the task may take up to three (3) business days, depending on when the withdrawal request is made.
